Quick start: a calm plan you can use today
If you feel overwhelmed: pick one routine and one learning block. Done is better than perfect.
A simple 4-block model
- Block 1 (10–20 min): routine + warm-up (reading together, handwriting, or number sense)
- Break (5–10 min): snack, movement, regulation
- Block 2 (15–25 min): main learning (one subject or project)
- Block 3 (10–20 min): interest-led learning (art, design, building, writing)
- Finish (5–10 min): tidy-up + “what worked today?”
